Workflow
Advice We enjoy sharing our knowledge by offering in-depth advice. During project specification, manufacturing and on site erection, our sales engineers are keen to help. During discussions with you on your site, we identify the most economical and most efficient solution. Identifying this solution is made easier by the advantage that our system components can be integrated into existing systems. Design We use state of the art CAD software for the design of your individual system. The design of the system takes into account the conditions on site while at the same time meeting all the legal requirements. Wherever possible, our designers will use proven cost-efficient standard modules in customer specific designs to ensure an outstanding price/benefit ratio. Production Our highly automated machining processes use computer controlled machining centres for operations such as cutting, drilling, tapping, forming, welding. If required, machined or fabricated parts are painted before they reach the assembly shop, where our highly skilled fitters build the machines and sub-assemblies. Only units that have passed the final inspection are cleared by the project leader for shipment and on site assembly. Installation and Service Your system is installed, Höcker Polytechnik's erection team has left site; our engineers have commissioned the system and monitored the start-up before leaving. However, you can still contact us virtually any time of the day - we know that only a properly working system ensures trouble free production. That's why we have established an extensive customer service and support network. We will be there when you need us. |
